About Me

I am the mother of 4 wonderful children, who I am extremely proud of and have been married for over 29 years to a most amazing and patient man. Some of the things we enjoy doing are playing pickleball, mountain biking, hiking, camping, watching baseball, and playing games, especially card games.  I am a staunch supporter of women's athletics and huge Indiana Fever fan!

I attended Linfield College in McMinnville, OR from 1990 - 1994.  I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 with a degree in Education. I earned my Standard Certificate in Advanced Mathematics from Portland State University and eventually received my Master's Degree in eLearning/Technology from Concordia Portland in the summer of 2012.

I taught mathematics at Rex Putnam High  from 1994 - 2001, during that time I coached  girls basketball and volleyball.  I was a private math tutor from 2001 - 2007, and a math teacher at CWA from 2007 - 2020. I became the Assistant Principal at CWA in the fall of 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed working with the students and families at our school!
